City Secretary: We Ready to Use Preceding Budget 2014

The city administration is going to use the preceding City Budget (APBD) 2014 to pay operational, employee salary, allowance and Stationery Office (ATK) expenditure. It had to be done, following the delay in ratification of APBD 2015 which is still discussed by the city administration and Legislative Council (DPRD).

We already had the governor decree to meet the employee needs, such as ATK, eating and drinking, operational costs, salary and performance allowance (TKD)

City Secretary, Saefullah acknowledged the delay in such ratification will have an impact on several development programs in the capital. "We already did coordination. If the APBD 2015 is not yet ratified until mid-February, we'll use the preceding budget 2014," he stated, Sunday (1/11).

Former Central Jakarta Mayor disclosed that the preceding budget would be used for routine needs of employees agreed by Jakarta Governor Decree. "We already had the governor decree to meet the employee needs, such as ATK, eating and drinking, operational costs, salary and performance allowance (TKD)," he uttered.

Preceding Budget could Be Used to Pay PNS` Salary

According to him, it does not always have a bad impact on development programs. Conversely, every SKPD will have a sufficient period of time to work on the higher quality development.

"We still have a lot of time, thus our programs can be realized optimally. It was better because it is flexible," he finished.
