Former Central Jakarta Mayor disclosed that the preceding budget would be used for routine needs of employees agreed by Jakarta Governor Decree. "We already had the governor decree to meet the employee needs, such as ATK, eating and drinking, operational costs, salary and performance allowance (TKD)," he uttered.
Preceding Budget could Be Used to Pay PNS` SalaryAccording to him, it does not always have a bad impact on development programs. Conversely, every SKPD will have a sufficient period of time to work on the higher quality development.
